Pickup orders are usually ready right away but can take up to 2 hours to be ready. You will receive a confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup. Please have your order confirmation number with you. When you arrive at our location (371 Margaret Ave, Kitchener), let us know you are out front indicating your order number and we will bring your order out to you.
Canada Made! All of our products are made on site with locally sourced ingredients and in small quantities to ensure the freshest package date.
All of our products are hand made on demand. This means that there is no prepackaged products that sit for months. We order our supplies locally and hand make a small batch to be sold. All Products are hand mixed, inspected, weighed and heat sealed. This does mean from time to time we may go out of stock. We will try our best to stay on top of this and adjust our procedure to accommodate.
All of our products are packaged into Matte Black Aluminum Foil Stand Up Airtight Zipper Pouches Smell Leak Proof Storage Bags. All Products are measured out at 200 g and heat sealed.
All of our Product listing contains an Additional Information Tab that contains a link to our Food Blog website on a particular Product. From here, Ingredients, Instructions, and other Recipes that can be created from a particular product are listed.
All Products should be stored in a cool dry place away from sunlight. For longer storage and shelf life, store JAH Products in the Fridge or freeze. All of our products are resealable so that you can store them in the original packaging or store them in your preferred containers once opened.
Herbs & Spices, or Seasoning Blends typically last for 2 - 3 years. The Shelf life can be extended by refrigeration or freezing. However we do suggest that our products be used up within 1 year of receiving your product for the freshest results.

While we do state any allergens in our product description along with the ingredients. All of our products are produced in a kitchen where other allergens may be present that are otherwise not stated.
The Shipping times are displayed and depend on what option you selected during checkout. Often this is anywhere between 1 - 9 days.
You will receive a confirmation email that your order has shipped with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to track your order through Canada Post Track Order. If you signed up for an Account, all order updates can be viewed from your account on our website.

Changes can not be made once the order has shipped. If adding additional products to the order. Then a new order would have to be created.

While we try to make sure every order is perfect, sometimes they aren't. There may be manufacturer defects, logistics issues, wrong item etc. If you believe something is wrong, please let us know as soon as you've received the order by contacting us at email@example.com. We will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Currently we only ship within Canada through Canada Post. This is to ensure we don't bite off more than we can chew. We want to ensure prices, delivery times and any other logistics that may arise are sufficiently handled and that we can build a solid foundation. From here we want to expand to USA and then other countries.
All shipping options are calculated and displayed at check out. We go through Canada Post for all of our shipping options and calculate the shipping cost in real time from their servers. All Shipping Policies, Insurance, Coverage and Tracking is provided by Canada Post and their Policies. We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100.00. We additionally offer a flat rate fee of $6.00 for a single product to be shipped within Canada only (Mail Slot Shipping). This shipping option does not have insurance or tracking and is only offered as a cheap alternative to higher shipping rates.

There is only 1 flat rate (Mail Slot Delivery) available for a single product. This is offered because it is the cheapest way to send a single product. We make no guarantees on this shipping method as it is not insured or traceable. This method is ground delivery by standard mail anywhere in Canada. While I have never encountered an issue with this method, mistakes can happen. If you do run into any issues with this shipping method, please contact us at email@example.com so we can look into it for you.
Refunds and Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know! We will do whatever we can to make it right, including a refund if required in cases where we may be at fault. Due to the nature of the products we sell, exchanges or returns are not accepted. If a refund is issued back, it is refunded back to the original pay method used at check out and may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement. Shipping costs can not be refunded. If you received a product in bad condition or if your order is wrong, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can correct it. Please make sure to take a picture and attach it to the email.
